Exchanges and Returns – Departamento.art
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at Departamento.art. Therefore, we follow the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code and offer a simple and transparent process for exchanges and returns.
1. Exchange or Return Deadline
You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Simply contact us by email at contato@departamento.art with your order number and the reason for your request.
2. Product Conditions
For an exchange or return to be accepted, the product must be in the following conditions:
No signs of use;
In its original packaging;
With all accessories and gifts received.
Products that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the sender.
3. Exchange Due to Defect
If the product presents a manufacturing defect within 30 calendar days of receipt, please contact us. We will evaluate the item and, if the defect is confirmed, you may choose:
Exchange for a new product (same model);
Gift voucher for the value of the item;
Refund of the amount paid.
4. Refund
In case of return, the refund will be issued according to the payment method used:
Credit card: refund on the invoice (may take 5 to 10 business days after return approval);
Pix: refund to your bank account within 10 business days.
5. Shipping
In cases of returns due to regret, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
In cases of defects or shipping errors, the return and reshipment shipping costs are at our expense.
6. How to Request
Send an email to supply@departamento.art with:
Order number;
Full name;
Reason for exchange or return;
Photos of the product (in case of defect).
Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
